He’s an actor. He’s a piano player. He’s a star! He’s Ricardo Lewis.
CSF recently spoke to Ricardo’s mom, Norva. After moving to the Bronx seven years ago, Norva toured a few schools in search of the best option for her son, Ricardo, and her niece, Nakia. Once she visited and met with St. Martin of Tours staff, she knew this was the school for her family. She loved the warm school setting, and felt confident that her children would receive the attention they deserved. Although she was concerned about paying tuition, she soon found out about CSF, and her wishes came true.
Now, both Nakia (3rd grader) and Ricardo (4th grader) happily attend St. Martin of Tours, where they have both been since Kindergarten. Nakia enjoys drawing and participates in the school’s Art Club. Ricardo loves to act and play the piano. His mom says he taught himself how to play the piano on a toy keyboard when he was 3 years old. Now that he is 9 years old, he has matured to a full keyboard and is composing his own music, as well as playing classical music. He is also hoping to expand his acting career to get his “big break,” as he says.
CSF is so happy to have Norva, Ricardo, and Nakia as part of the CSF family. We are especially proud of all of their accomplishments.
